In
1991, Pastor Wynn established an outreach
ministry in Sacramento, CA. Pastor Wynn
encouraged the lives of men and women in the
community by praying for them and teaching
survival skills and the tools they needed to
move to new levels in their lives.
In 1995, at the
age of 25; Pastor Wynn expanded the ministry
into a church. On August 12, 1995, Pastor
Wynn was officially installed as Founder &
Pastor by Bishop W.W. Hamilton, Prelate of
the California Northwest Ecclesiastical
Jurisdiction of Sea Side, California. In
1997 Pastor Wynn established his television
ministry; in Sacramento.
In 2002, Pastor Wynn established his radio
ministry..

In 2004
Greater Harvest, Sacramento in partnership with New
Levels Community Development Corporation began
receiving donations from the Campbell Soup Company.
Hot meals are prepared for the homeless in the
community twice a month.
